Tim Terrentine is a leader who has a demonstrated track record of bringing talented people and resources together to propel positive change. His unique ability to think strategically and facilitate environments of high performance through accountability and fun have helped the people and organizations he has encountered continue to thrive.

Tim’s organizational and leadership experience spans across industries — for-profit, nonprofit, government, healthcare, K-12 and higher education, economic development and more — impacting a spectrum of diverse populations and socio-economic groups. Each time, he has led change, created meaning and built people.

Through both failure and success, Tim has learned to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and customers from a range of backgrounds, mobilizing them to successfully execute the expectations and outcomes envisioned for them. His executive presence and emotional intelligence afford him strategic advantages in developing new relationships and conceptualizing and executing regional and national business endeavors. Tim’s God-given gifts are tailor-made to address the areas of inclusion, people and leadership development, strategy formulation, and coaching. He is known to be positive, authentic, and a force of mobilization and motivation. Tim purposefully aims to leave each assignment better than he found it.

Heather Baker

Brand Translator

Heather Baker is a product-focused creative and business-driven communications and operations strategist with a proven ability to leverage resources and deliver on all aspects of project management, brand campaigns, and sales strategy support to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

In her role as Brand Translator at Translator’s Consulting Group, Heather specializes in aligning brand identity with inclusive communication strategies, ensuring that messages resonate across diverse audiences.

Heather has a passion for bringing out a brand’s individuality while ensuring that an organization’s brand is consistently visible and inferred across all its services and products. She is dedicated to empowering her clients’ staff by equipping them with the skills and tools needed to effectively communicate and embody their brand’s values in every interaction. Heather believes that a strong, cohesive brand not only fosters customer loyalty but also enhances internal cohesion and pride among employees.

As concurrent Managing Partner and Principal of The Bulb LLC, Heather leverages her extensive experience to deliver innovative, tailored strategies that drive results. Previously, she spent nearly 15 years at Southwest Michigan First, aligning the corporate brand with its mission of fostering job creation and investment. Heather also served as Editor-in-Chief of FIRST & 42 and 269 MAGAZINE, overseeing content and marketing. She co-authored the award-winning “Community Capitalism: Lessons from Kalamazoo and Beyond,” and her earlier career includes roles at Accenture as a change management consultant and HR specialist.
