From Feedback to Leadership Excellence: A 5-Step Process
Kickoff & Setup: Meet with your TCG facilitator to establish goals, timelines and expectations. Receive access to your participant portal, select your feedback group, and complete initial forms to begin the process.
Do Your Homework: Complete your self-assessment through the portal. This step is essential for generating your personalized 360-degree report. Automatic reminders are sent to your feedback group to encourage timely completion.
Feedback Collection: Your selected feedback group—supervisors, peers, and direct reports—will provide input. Your TCG facilitator will monitor progress and assist with follow-ups to ensure smooth feedback collection.
Scoring & Debrief: Once all feedback is collected, scoring is conducted within 24-48 hours. After reviewing your report, meet with your facilitator for an in-depth debrief session to analyze results, identify strengths and address areas for improvement.
Leadership Development & Growth: Work with your TCG facilitator to create a personalized development plan. Explore CCL Compass™, an online tool offering ongoing resources. Optional coaching sessions can be scheduled to reinforce progress and sustain growth.
