Strengths for Success—The 6 C’s Playbook.

Put Your Strengths to Work

Your strengths shape how you lead, solve problems and work with others. By understanding what you do best, you can build stronger relationships, make better decisions and navigate challenges with confidence. The 6 C’s Playbook helps you take what you’ve learning about your strengths and helps you apply it in ways that support your personal and professional growth.

This playbook introduces six key areas—Customers, Competitors, Conditions, Collaborators, Capabilities and Culture—that are essential for success. As you explore each one, think about how your strengths align with these areas and how you can use them to grow as a leader, a teammate and a professional.

Why This Matters

Every role plays a part in a team’s success—whether you work with customers, manage inventory, provide support or keep things running behind the scenes.

When you know what makes you great, you can bring your best to every challenge. Success comes from using strengths the right way, handling obstacles with confidence and working together as a team.

This playbook is designed for anyone who wants to grow—whether you're in sales, service, operations or support.
