Work with humans? You experience conflict. It’s universal. Yet, how we think about, engage with, and respond to conflict varies by person.

In this “hands-on” learning session, participants will discover and embrace the mindsets that drive healthy conflict, along with in-class practice using those strategies with others. Areas of growth include conflict resolution, self-awareness, teambuilding, effective communication and boundaries in leading. You will learn, do, multiply!
